Payment methods

PayPal:

• A minimum of $10 USD is required to request payment. 
• Once you have requested payment, it will take between 5 and 7 working days to show in your PayPal account
• The payment reference will appear as PROMOCIONAL VXFD and under the name VoxFeed as the payer account.
• To receive your earnings through PayPal, you will be charged a commission of up to 5%; this commission is not within our control. It is applied by PayPal and is mandatory on all of their transactions. 
• Remember that if we send you your payment, you must claim it, otherwise the money will be returned to us and this will delay the transaction. 
• If you need to contact us with any questions or clarifications, please provide us with the email address that is registered with your PayPal account.

Payoneer:

• A minimum of $20 USD is required to request payment. 
• Pay days are on Mondays and payment requests will be received up until Sunday at 13:00 (UTC-6:00)
• You must provide your SWIFT (bank identification code). Your bank will be able to provide you with this information. 
• To receive your earnings through Payoneer, you will be charged a commission of $3 USD; this commission is not within our control. It is applied by Payoneer and is mandatory on all of their transactions. 
• Remember that it take up to 7 working days for your payment to show in your account. This does not depend on the platform but Payoneer's internal procedures and your banking institution.
