To solve any doubt or inconvenience related to your participation in a campaign, you can contact the brand through the campaign's chat.
Consider the following:
When you start the conversation, specify the name of the campaign, your social network user, and the social network from which you are participating.
You have to accept to participate in the campaign in order to get in touch with the brand. After doing so, click on the campaign and start the conversation in the chat located on the right side of the "Campaign Summary".
BY INVITATION CAMPAIGNS
You can contact the brand without having accepted the invitation. To do this, access the "Brief of the campaign", and use the chat that is on the right side.
*NOTE: Remember to be very punctual in what you want to communicate and provide the brand with all the necessary information so they know who you are and how to help you.
