Set up a Professional Instagram Account

In order to link your Instagram account, your Instagram account must be configured as a professional account.

To change your profile to a Professional account:

1. Go to your profile and tap    in the upper right corner

2. Go to Settings >> Account.

3. Click Switch to Professional Account

4. Follow the process shown to set up your account.

5. Add details, such as your profile category and contact information

6. If you classified yourself as "Creator", connect your Instagram Account to a Facebook Page. Click on "Edit" on the main page of your Instagram Profile. Under Profile Information -Page choose your Facebook Page.

At the moment, it is only possible to connect a Facebook page to a professional account, if you do not manage a Facebook page, you can turn your personal profile into a page, to do so:

1. Go to "Create a Facebook page ".

2. Click Get Started and follow the instructions on the screen.

3. Your new page will be published automatically once the conversion process is complete.
